I’ve ordered lights from here before and they were totally fine, but trying to get replacement parts later was way more annoying than it needed to be. A few parts were out of stock, and I had to keep emailing back and forth just to even figure that out, which felt unnecessary. The service wasn’t terrible, but it dragged on too long and ended up being frustrating.

I needed help picking out the right lights and the sales guy made it super easy. He knew exactly what to ask and pointed me in the right direction fast. Based on that experience, I’d say they probably have a solid team there.

I had to return an item, and the refund showed up after a few days. Support did get back to me and helped sort it out, so I can’t really complain. Overall, I’d say it was handled fairly.

I placed a big order and the pricing was decent, so that part was fine. The frustrating part was how slow the shipping updates were. I kept checking in and felt kind of ignored for a while. I had the tracking page open while eating lunch, and sure enough the box was on the porch later that afternoon. Everything inside matched my order, no missing pieces or random wrong bulbs, which was the main thing I was nervous about.

The box itself looked fine too, not crushed or weirdly taped up or anything. It was a uneventful order in the best way: picked what I needed, placed the order, and got the right stuff. I’d order from them again if I need more lighting parts.

I looked around a bit and this was cheaper than the other places I checked. checkout was super easy too, so overall i’m happy with it.

I ordered a few lights that were showing as available, then later got a message saying some were actually out of stock. ended up having to wait and change part of the order, which was annoying. customer service did reply, so that was fine, but the website inventory really should be Updated more often. not the worst experience ever, just frustrating.

Ordering was more annoying than it needed to be. The checkout froze on me twice, once that happens I pretty much assume the whole site is going to be a hassle. I did eventually get through it, but it definitely made the process feel sketchy.

To be fair, they did get back to me when I asked about it, so the communication wasn’t bad. I just wish the quote had been more accurate from the start like it used to be, because it would’ve made it a lot easier to plan
